Accessibility Statement
Last Updated: February 25, 2026
Our Commitment
Dear LDS is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people of all abilities. We strive to continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply the relevant accessibility standards to make our Site as accessible as possible.
Conformance Standard
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at the AA level. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities and more user-friendly for everyone.
What We Do
- Semantic HTML: We use proper heading hierarchy, landmarks, and semantic elements so screen readers and assistive technologies can navigate our content effectively.
- Keyboard Navigation: All interactive elements on our Site (buttons, links, form fields, menus) are accessible and operable using a keyboard alone.
- Color Contrast: We maintain sufficient color contrast ratios between text and backgrounds to ensure readability for users with low vision or color deficiencies.
- Alt Text: All meaningful images include descriptive alternative text. Decorative images are marked appropriately to be ignored by screen readers.
- Form Labels: All form inputs have associated labels so that screen readers can identify the purpose of each field.
- Responsive Design: Our Site is designed to work across a wide range of devices and screen sizes, including mobile phones and tablets.
- Focus Indicators: Visible focus indicators are provided for all interactive elements to assist users who navigate with a keyboard.
Known Limitations
While we strive for full accessibility, some areas of our Site may not yet be fully compliant. We are actively working to identify and address these issues. Known limitations include:
- Some older card design images may lack fully descriptive alt text. We are updating these on an ongoing basis.
- The live text preview on card images may not be fully conveyed to screen reader users. We provide a text description of the customization alongside the preview.
